Account Deletion
Instant Inventory users can delete their account from inside the mobile app or request deletion by contacting support.
Delete from the mobile app
- Open Instant Inventory and sign in.
- Go to the dashboard account menu.
- Select Delete account and confirm the request.
Request deletion by email
Email support@instantinventory.app from the address associated with your account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.
What is deleted
Deletion removes account-linked inventory records, properties, rooms, scans, generated reports, and account profile data from active systems. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal obligations, backups, or dispute resolution.
