1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Instant Inventory, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer (Crucial)

Instant Inventory uses Artificial Intelligence to assist in documenting your personal property. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI is not perfect: The Service may misidentify, overlook, or incorrectly value items.
• Verification Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of the final inventory report before submitting it to any insurance carrier.
• No Insurance Advice: We are a documentation tool, not an insurance agent or public adjuster. We do not guarantee that our reports will be accepted by your specific carrier.

3. Licenses & Payments

• Homeowner License: Grants lifetime access for one user account.
• Gift Licenses: Purchased codes must be redeemed by the end user to activate their account. Codes do not expire until redeemed.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are issued at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase if no inventory scans have been processed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instant Inventory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or denied insurance claims, arising from your use of the Service.
