1. Introduction

Instant Inventory respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email address, account identifier, and authentication data (via Apple, Google, or email).
  • Inventory Data: Videos, audio narrations, and images you record of your property.
  • AI-Generated Data: Asset lists, estimated values, and descriptions generated by our AI processors.
  • Comparable Pricing Data: Item names, categories, condition notes, shopping-comparable source links, source titles, and observed replacement prices used to support estimated values.
  • Purchase Information: Product, transaction, purchase-environment, license-assignment, and refund status used to fulfill and restore property licenses. We do not store complete payment-card details. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or Stripe as applicable.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and protect the Service, specifically:

  • Processing your video uploads to identify and catalog personal property.
  • Extracting image frames from video and using item details to search for replacement-value comparables.
  • Generating PDF evidence packages for your personal use or insurance claims.
  • Verifying purchases, assigning property licenses directly to recipient accounts, restoring eligible purchases, preventing duplicate fulfillment, and handling refunds.

4. AI & Third-Party Processing

To provide fast analysis, we utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence services (including Google Gemini). We also use Supabase for account and application data, Amazon Web Services for cloud storage and processing, and RevenueCat plus the applicable app store or Stripe for purchase fulfillment. Your video data, extracted image frames, audio narration, item labels, and comparable-search queries may be transmitted securely to processors solely to provide the Service and are not used by them to train public models where our processor settings or agreements prohibit that use.

5. Storage, Retention & Deletion

Inventory videos, extracted analysis data, generated reports, and comparable pricing metadata may be stored in cloud infrastructure so you can access and export your inventory. You may request account deletion from the mobile app or support. Deletion removes account-linked inventory records from active systems, subject to legal, security, backup, payment, and fraud-prevention retention obligations.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
